I am way behind on blogging, so here's my attempt at catching up on February and March. My mom was able to come stay with us for a couple days.
Jaylee was ecstatic to have grandma here and to be able to get out of the house. While my mom was here we met my aunts, uncles, and cousins for dinner. It was so fun to be with family.
Jaylee turned TWO on Feb. 5
th. She is growing up too fast! I love the age she is at. It is so fun to see her personality come out in her words and the conversations we have. I feel unbelievably lucky each day to have her in my life. Her day started off with her favorite breakfast.. strawberry crepes.

Then went to the duck park to feed the hungry ducks. Another one of her
fav. things to do.

She blew out her own candles.

Here is my attempt at a caterpillar cake.
Jaylee loved it!

She was spoiled as always for her birthday. She loved opening presents and did it all too fast.

Don't let the face fool you, she was in heaven.

My little birthday girl!

While Grandma was here we also went to the zoo. I get really sick if I stand too long, so they pushed me in a wheelchair.
Jaylee loved the whole zoo but the hit of the day was when she say the rhino go poop. I still hear about it daily.

Petting the goats.
It was so fun to have my mom here, but it went way too fast. I love how much
Jaylee loves her Grandma. She wanted nothing to do with me the whole time my mom was here.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Jaylee loved the idea of exchanging valentines. What could be better than a bunch of friends giving you candy?

This is how
Jaylee passes a lot of time these days. She put all of her babies and stuffed animals in her new tent. She sits in her tent and plays with them each day, finding some way to pretend. She informs me often "Mom too big for tent" or "Mom not fit."
Daddy, Daughter Date.
I was especially sick one Saturday while Mike was home. So he took
Jaylee to a "Touch a Truck" expo. She got to get in a bus, police car, and several other trucks.

This trampoline was in the bus. Our little girl sure likes her TRUCKS, BUSES, and TRAINS!
Grandma and Grandpa Goodfellow
Mike's Grandparents come to Arizona each winter. We got to go meet them in Mesa for an evening.
Jaylee is named after Grandma Kathryn. We love them so much, and enjoy any time that we get to spend with them. Mike and I both have so much admiration for them, and want to be like them in so many ways.

I loved reading all the updates! Jaylee is one smart girl! Happy bday (late).
Sorry that you're so sick! I went to that zoo when I was preggo with Rae and was so sick from all the animal smells!
Such cute pictures! You are such a cute mom! I want to be just like you someday ;). Thanks for your comment-It's fun to keep in touch this way. Jason is working on his Master's program online and will hopefully be done next spring! I hope it goes by fast! How much more does Mike have? I think I remember he's doing pharmacy...is that right?
