This Week

Like every other week, we have been blessed in so many ways.  It’s days like today that I know I have angels around me,  helping, lifting, giving..

This morning my kids opened a package addressed to them from my sweet aunt.  In it were several outfits for them, a gift for our baby, and a graduation present for Mike.  Jaylee kept asking why I was crying.  I cry when gratitude overwhelms me.  She didn’t know what to do with clothes that have tags on them(all the clothes I get for her are from garage sales and hand me downs).  My Aunt is one of many that inspire me to be more giving, more like our savior.

Yesterday, like nearly every other Wednesday, my loving Parents came over to watch my kiddos(and clean my house) while I fulfill my calling.  Big deal?  Huge… they are so busy and have so much on their own plates, and yet they drop everything to come spoil two lucky grandchildren.   Jaylee knows and looks forward to Wednesday nights, because of a couple amazing people that make it so fun for her.

Tuesday, a friend of mine took Jaylee and Kyson to lunch at McDonalds and smelt the lovely grease smells for an hour and a half while feeling sick, just so I wouldn’t have to take them to my Dr. apt.

All weekend was spent with family who help entertain, feed, and chase my children to lighten my load.

Other yw leaders have helped with my responsibilities just because I’m in a “Fragile” condition(as in I’m 37 weeks pregnant, and waddling the best I can)

My sweet Husband does everything he can to make my life easier, not only while I’m pregnant, but always.  He is so patient with me, and I often feel like singing the primary song, “I’m so glad when Daddy comes home” when he walks in the door.  Marriage is truly bliss because of him.  I feel lucky to sleep next to my best friend, who gladly gives up his pillows to pad my pregnant body.

There are so many more people that do kind things for me each day.  I wish all of you could feel of the depth of my gratitude.  Heavenly Father has truly placed angel all around me.  I am one blessed woman!
