Viva Las Vegas!!

Wow... a lot of random pics on this one(like always.) Well, after camping in Sedona, we drove up to Las Vegas to meet my sweet dad. He was there for business and we couldn't resist driving only 4 1/2 hours to see him. We feel lucky we got to spend time with him and have a nearly free, fun vacation. Here are a few pics of us on a Gondola in the Venetian. Jaylee was so sad when our ride was over.

Here is Jaylee and I with my cute dad. We loved seeing the Bellagio fountains. Jaylee led the music as the water danced.
Jaylee knew Grandpa right away. She had so much fun playing with him.
While my dad was working, we saw the sights of Vegas.

With about an hour to drive, a rubber strip came loose on our car. We didn't want it to damage our car by flapping around so we used the only thing we had to hold it down... floss. Props for creativity right?


Jaylee and I at Hoover Dam. She is getting really good at repeating what I say. I was telling her that what we were looking at was a dam that holds the water. So, she learned how to say the word "dam." I didn't think that that word would ever come out of my sweet little baby's mouth.
